The general objective of the Feasibility Study was to design an OBA Scheme to support the construction of field channels and land improvements allowing the delivery of satisfactory irrigation services to the 16,000 smallholder farmers as beneficiaries of the Megech-Seraba and Ribb I&amp;D Schemes resulting in higher returns to investments, higher incomes for the farmers and improved protection of the environment.
