The purpose of this Consultancy was to assist in the successful implementation of the Sustainability Agreement. The project was separated in two phases. During phase A&#8217; a comprehensive set of performance indicators were proposed, covering all aspects of LWSC performance and performance indicator baseline and target values were established. The duration of Phase B&#8217; is set to 5 years and the scope of this service was to monitor progress towards the target values. Phase B&#8217; is an on going consultancy.
