It links Pogradec \u2013 Cafasan \u2013 Durres in the south of Albania and it is part of Pan-European Corridor VIII. It is being constructed as a dual carriageway with two traffic lanes and a hard shoulder per direction. The contract objective was the hydraulic design of the Koromilia \u2013 Ieropigi part with a length of 21 km. It involved the road surface drainage system and the flooding protection system from upstream catchment areas.
